Temperature: HIFU consistently heats tissue to the optimal neocollagenesis range of 60-70°C; Ultherapy is less consistent.
Precision: Both can target precisely spaced, consistently placed coagulation points to promote healing and protect healthy skin.
Imaging: The ultrasound technology lends itself to producing accurate visualisations in both methods, allowing the therapist to see and treat in real-time.
Results: Both lift effectively from the inside out, though research has shown better results from HIFU than from Ultherapy.
